Step 1: listen and learn
We’re firm believers in starting at the end when it comes to planning the most effective air management solution for your business. That’s because every system is designed based on two clear outcomes: what you need and when you need it.
There are a number of factors that may influence the outcomes, such as noise, space and energy consumption, so we take the time to understand our business and working environment to take all of these into consideration when designing your HVAC solution and selecting the air conditioning equipment for your project.
Our work on your behalf will start with the building, perhaps the one you already use, or a redundant one you want to move into or create a datacentre in. Whatever your all-important end point, a building’s atmosphere is critical to its effective use. We provide you with drawings for approval and present design ideas that show provision for future growth and expansion prior to commencing work.
Step 2: measure and manage
During the planning stages, we conduct power monitoring in order to provide a benchmark for accurate future energy-saving data. Then, once the solution is agreed, we have the capabilities to act as your main project contractor, delivering building, mechanical and electrical services packages to create a complete turnkey solution.
As a future-thinking business, keen to introduce next generation technology and solutions, we’ll always deliver it using carefully selected equipment that’s cost-effective to install and run, as well as being ultra-reliable.
Our expertise and experience, includes planning the whole infrastructure, its technical specification and any associated physical work to do with walls, ceilings and raised floors.
We will implement the installation and management of your AC/DC power supplies, DCIM, IT cable containment, energy-efficient lighting, fire suppression systems and life safety arrangements, fully integrating all of them with the air management systems you need, which we will naturally design and supply too.
Step 3: report and reward
Our service doesn’t end when your installation is complete; we conduct power monitoring after project completion to compare and analyse against your pre-installation benchmark to help you understand where and how savings are being made.
