Foster Environmental have embarked on a procedure to engage more with the local community!
As a result, Foster Environmental hope to reinvigorate their presence and brand as a significant employer within Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire and beyond. A fund has been allocated by the Board of Directors. The fund will be allocated to sponsor local community charities and good causes.
A funds committee will meet twice a year to thoroughly review and discuss the applications which have been received.
SPONSORSHIP APPLICANTS ARE ENCOURAGED and sought from our website, social media and networking activities. Furthermore, employees have been asked to nominate their own ideas and share with their family and friends.
The committee members will be assembled from members of each department at Foster Environmental:
- Human Resources
- Engineering Design
Our aim is that we have a balanced and fair view from all of the departments in our company.
So what happens?
- Our company will send all enquiring candidates an application form, in which they will be asked to indicate what goals and objectives they would like to achieve.
- Our funds committee will review these application forms twice yearly and choose the successful candidates.
- Foster Environmental will get back in touch with each applicant to advise the outcome.
